On August 27, 2025, the grand grant distribution ceremony of the 2025 "University Dream Fulfillment" Initiative under Cangzhou Hope Project was held. Lü Ruimin, Deputy Secretary of the Cangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, attended the event and delivered a speech, while Wang Xiaoling, Vice Mayor of the Cangzhou Municipal People's Government, also participated in the event.
Prior to this, the initiative had released a proposal to the whole society, calling on all sectors to help students from disadvantaged backgrounds bridge the "last mile" from "their homes" to "university campuses". Haijiang Group responded to the call without delay and took the initiative to make donations. The donated funds are specifically allocated to cover the tuition fees and living allowances of students in financial difficulty.
