In 2017, Liu Haijiang made a key decision to take the lead in establishing a professional emergency rescue team - the Haijiang Group Rescue Team. Liu has always believed that technology is the key to improving rescue efficiency, ensuring the safety of rescue personnel, and maximizing the rescue of lives and property. He integrated the strong technological innovation gene of Haijiang Group into emergency rescue practices, which not only enhanced the core combat effectiveness of the Haijiang Group Rescue Team, but also provided valuable practical paths and technical support for exploring "technology-driven safety" and "intelligent emergency response" in the emergency rescue field, effectively improving the capability of the capital and even a wider region to respond to work safety risks and natural disasters.
The Haijiang Group Rescue Team is equipped with intelligent equipment such as emergency communication command vehicles, remote mechanical operation excavators, infrared thermal imaging drones, gas detection quadruped robots, fire extinguishing robots, inspection robots, positive pressure air breathing apparatus, and heavy-duty chemical protective suits. It also innovatively applies 5G global remote unmanned control technology and AR live-action command platforms to hazardous chemical emergency rescues, breaking through the limitations of toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive, and corrosive environments in hazardous chemical rescue operations. This extends the corporate social responsibility from "green environmental protection" to the frontline of "life rescue".
The Haijiang Group Rescue Team is composed of professionals with rich experience in petroleum refining construction, having participated in numerous petroleum refining accident rescues. It has successively been approved as a Beijing municipal-level professional emergency rescue team, a Tianjin municipal-level professional emergency rescue team, a Hebei provincial-level hazardous chemicals emergency rescue team, a Guangdong provincial-level hazardous chemicals accident emergency rescue and? team (Note:? here is? as "rescue and emergency response"), and a Jinshan District Emergency Haijiang Rescue Team.
In addition, Haijiang Group has established four major "5G Command Centers" nationwide, as well as emergency reserve warehouses in Beijing Fangshan, Shanghai Jinshan, Hebei Cangzhou, and Huizhou Daya Bay. These initiatives provide a new "Smart Grand Emergency" model for platform information sharing in local rescues, realizing an intelligent emergency response system for integrated cross-regional collaborative operations with multi-level linkages.
